Here are key details and updates:
Construction Initiation: Civil construction, led by Larsen & Toubro (L&T). It began on August 5, 2020, following the Bhoomi Pujan ceremony.
Inauguration: A section of the Ram Mandir will be inaugurated in January 2024. The pran pratishtha (consecration) ceremony is set for January 22, 2024.
Project Completion: The entire temple is expected to be finished by December 2024. It covers 2.7 acres and 57,400 square feet of built-up area.
Main Temple’s Design:
Size: 360 feet in length, 235 feet in width, and 161 feet in height. Floors: There are three stories: 160 columns on the bottom floor, 132 on the first floor, and 74 on the second.
